Thanks to Schools FA and LFC Foundation for a fantstic day. We met ex Liverpool Legends Chris Kirkland and Tash Dowie. The games and activities were briliant.

Well done to the children who took part in the Golf Sixes competition yesterday at Aintree Golf Centre. Both year groups did fantastic and came second place.

We are all very excited about our Sport's day. We spent some time this week preparing for the day and we had a great time. 

We had great fun preparing and making noodle salad. We leanred about the importance of fresh fruit and vegetables.

Year 3 enjoying yoga sessions. 

We enjoyed our first lesson in tennis. We learnt about ball control.

As part of our art topic we have been studying mandalas. These patterns are used in Hinduism and Buddhism and use concentric circles. 

We started our new DT unit by making catapults. It was a very tricky task and we worked so hard to make brilliant working models.
