Year 5 have enjoyed making Vietnamese Summer Rolls.

After discussing the Asian diet and how it is different to that of the UK, the children prepared in small groups their own rolls.

The children created fact files about food and nutrition and evaluated their rolls. They explained how they tasted and what they would change if they made them again.

It was a lot of fun and lots of the children asked for the recipe to create them at home.
