Painting in Different Ways in Nursery A
This term in nursery we have been exploring painting in different ways and different context. Last week we painted outside on tinfoil and took part in finger paining. This week the children painted to different pieces of music and they absolutely loved it.
Nursery Painting and Dancing to Music
This week the children have been exploring painting whilst listening to music. Today they asked to listen to the music again so they could dance together. We talked about the music saying if it was fast, slow, high, low, calming or energetic.
Counting in Nursery B
The children have been practising counting up to 3 objects. We have used dots on plates to help the children to subitise up to 3 and show matching fingers. They have also used their counting skills to count objects around them. “Look, I have 3 daisies!”
