Sports Day Practise

Printing in Reception
We have been using vegetable to explore texture and print this week. The children have mixed colours and appparatus to create their own pictures using vegetables to print from.

Fabulous Fruit Salads
This week we have been talking about how to keep ourselves healthy. We discussed ways of exercising and healthy foods to eat. We then chopped up fruit to make a spectacular fruit salad. The children loved doing this but found the pineapple quite tricky to cut up.

Visitors in Reception
When we returned after lunch today imagine our surprise when we noticed some special visitors to our garden! The ducks didn’t hang around long after we went to play and they waddled off down towards Year 2 but we were very excited to see them.
Farm day 4!
Our last day at the farm. We managed to squeeze in so much! We started by playing in the park and getting the chance to hold some Guinea pigs. We then went on a train ride followed by our packed lunch! We then met lots of animals and had the chance to feed lambs, goats, sheep and a cow.…
