We saw fantastic creativity and imagination in our sensory play this week.  Children were focused and engaged well with the experiences provided.  Cognitively, sensory play stimulates neural pathways in the brain through exploring different textures, materials and smells.  

As part of our forest skills activities the chidlren have been making badges.  This week we decorated our name badges and added wool to hang them around our necks.

We loved Rockstar day in Nursery A today which included our first Social Signature Assembly.  We had lots of fun whilst raising money for our school.

After a big garden clear up in Nursery A this week, we have been busy planting some Spring bulbs.  

The children made hedgehog bread rolls in nursery today.  They used skills of mixing, kneading, rolling and cutting.  They observed the dough rising and baking.  Nursery smelt amazing!  We hope our families enjoy the bread.
