Year 3 Peer Massage
As part of our mindfulness afternoon, Year 3 enjoyed taking part in peer massage. The children really enjoyed this calming activity and said it made them feel relaxed and peaceful.
Good Shepherd Mass
On Thursday, some children from Year 5 went to celebrate Mass at the Metropolitan Cathedral. The mass was led by Archbishop John Sherrington and was to celebrate all the work done in raising money for Nugent Care.
Festival of football at LFC Academy.

Retreat Day
Last week, Y5 had an excellent time at St Joseph’s Prayer Centre.
The children took part in a range of workshops celebrating differences and recognising the qualities in each other.
Year 3 and Year 6 Golf Competition
Well done to the children who took part in the Golf Sixes competition yesterday at Aintree Golf Centre. Both year groups did fantastic and came second place.
Sports Day Practice
We are all very excited about our Sport's day. We spent some time this week preparing for the day and we had a great time.

Today in maths, the children worked in groups to sift through a range of cards to help plan a school trip.
The children had to use lots of different skills to decipher and calculate the information before writing the letter that would be sent out to parents.
