Today both nurseries came together to go on a short walk to visit Litherland’s nativity scene on the corner of Church Road. The children were really sensible crossing roads and looking around their local environment. They waved and smiled as people passed us and were excited to spot a police car sounding the siren.
On our way back to school we visited Church and talked about what we could see including the nativity scene. This reminded us of when the statues of Mary and Joseph visited our classes this month and we wrote special messages for the prayer box.
